If you have a previous version, then I suggest getting the latest one which has been made compatible with Sierra. On the Mac App Store there is nothing mentioned about High Sierra, in case you're using that operating system, but it should work nonetheless.
Open the Mac App Store, then go to Updates and update the OneTrash to the latest version if it appears in that section.
