I have the EasyWeather software in the WS1081 station, but I can't delete the maximum and minimum values that originally came with the station, it does not allow me to erase them or update them.

However, since there is no other info related to your inquiry, I strongly recommend downloading the user guide/manual of the software from the its official website. I am saying this because it might be possible to actually have to reset or configure the device instead of using the EasyWeather application.
