The database installation might fail because of not enough security rights to install the application. Since apps usually install on the System drive, they need Administrator access.
To overcome this issue, I suggest running the main or the database installer as Administrator. right click the setup package and choose Run as Administrator. This simple option will give Analyst Cheque Printing enough security rights to deploy the files properly and install the database without errors.
