It all depends on a few cases. For example, if LightCycler Software has an auto-save, you'll find the necessary files stored in the location set up by the application. If you were working and the content was stored temporary in the memory, then recovery isn't possible whatever you will do.
Additionally, install Recuva and scan the location where you've set the app to store the files.
