The SunEase 2000 has been released a very long time ago. Some users mentioned on various forums that they purchased the software 20 years ago. I've checked the available websites, but I didn't find anything available which means you won't have the possibility to get help with the software.
However, if SunEase 2000 is installed on your PC, look in the installation folder for Help files. With a bit of luck you might find readme files that can be used to troubleshoot the functionality.
