The latest version of the program is Microsoft SQL Server 2014 and you can acquire it from the official web page. To upgrade your version to the latest one, you need to follow the instructions provided by the Microsoft Support page. Also, if you don't want to purchase a new version, I suggest you download and install a fresh copy from Microsoft Download Center. Be sure to follow the steps from Install instructions sections after the downloading process is completed.
