Boghe IMS offers a wide range of configuration options that you can use for different servers, protocols and jobs. Since there isn't an exact configuration about this, I recommend using the settings as they are and provided by your network administrator.
However, all the configurations that I've found on the Internet are related to IMS networks. I didn't see any configurations for non-IMS networks.
