Blocksmart is not available anymore. The developers have released another application called WebWatcher that it's compatible with all the browsers and pro-actively works with the Google Chrome as well.
I recommend checking their official website to see exactly what are the supported features and how it works. Although it supports many platforms, certain features might not be available on all of them.
