I cannot download Skype and I tried IMO for Google Chrome but it is not working

I got my computer with Google Chrome installed. The thing is that I cannot use Skype so I did the IMO thing and my mom tried calling but got a message ''computer is not compatible''. Can someone help please?

The website is using Adobe Flash technology. Before you can use Video or Audio calling make sure you allow the plugin to access your webcam or microphone. This is a one time operation and you need to click on Allow. The website is working fine and the video calling also works without errors.
