Well, windows blocked it so, i didnt run it.

No, it won't give you a virus. I used it for enchanting a stick with knockback 32767, and it didn't give me a virus. It also gave me the ability to get things I wasn't supposed to normally, like fire. No, not fire charges, literal fire. So yeah, it's safe to use. Just don't enchant any of the Protections (such as Projectile Protection or just Protection) Fortune or Frost Walker too high, because it will cause problems like non-moving mobs, no block drops, and invincible mobs. Don't worry- you can fix it by removing the enchantments or lowering it.
