You will need to use the Forgot Password on the official website or in the program itself. If you have it installed, before you log-in click the Forgot password? and most likely a page will open with a form to reset your password. While you are in that program, use the contact options as well to send an email to the developers of iStripper.
This is the only way to try to recover your password if you forgot it.
