According to information on developers website 64-bit version of this program is compatible with Windows 8.

I've visited the official website and the developers have mentioned that Photo Snap is compatible with the following versions of Windows: Windows 7, 8, and 10 in both 32 and 64bit working mode.

This means you'll have the possibility to download and install the application. In these versions of Windows, right click the installer after you download it and choose Run as Administrator.
