Can't play NMD files in Net-I ware.

I have a system of 18 cameras. I added 6 extra cameras. After initializing the software, the search viewer is not able to open the recorded file with extension .nmd (a message says the media player is not supporting the file).

I tried several times to create a backup but each time I select a path I have a message that the selected path is not a network path.

I can't play any file. I need your technical support.

There is no indication in any of the manuals found for Net-I Ware regarding the NMD file format. To see the list with available files that can be opened within the application, simply launch it and then go to File > Open. On the lower right section, there should be a section where the supported files are displayed.

Look there to see exactly what is the file format that you can load within the application.
