You can download the application from the application's page at Software Informer. Click on the big green download button and choose a version you see fit from the list on the page. Wait a few seconds and the download should start automatically.
After you save the installation package on your PC, right click it and choose Run as Administrator especially if you are on a higher version of Windows XP.
Note: For some packages, it's mandatory to have an active Internet connection because files will be downloaded from the Internet servers.
