How can I delete smart notebook 17 completely from my laptop? I want to use Notebook 11

I tried to delete Notebook 17 from the trash, too, but when I try to download the Notebook 11, it says that there already is a Notebook software on my laptop.

I am download SMART Notebook 11.4 and the computer ask me SMART Notebook 17.2
