In most of the situations, a printing problem indicates there is something wrong with the physical device itself, the drivers, or the cable. You should check all these eventually replace the cable with another one, reinstall the drivers and the software and print a test page.
Make sure that the printer has its cartridges filled and ready to print. Almost any printer contains an application that you can use to perform maintenance operations including ink check, calibration, test printing, etc.
After you check all these, go back to the ShipManager-88 and test the printing phase.
