If the printing function is available, and you can access it, the issue is with the printer and not the software.
First, check the driver installation. Go to Device Manager and make sure there are no items with yellow exclamation marks. In case there is something there, right-click it and choose Update Driver.
Secondly, make sure the printer is connected and turned on. Go to Control Panel > Hardware and Devices > Printers. Right click the printer and choose Default/Enabled.
