If the XRVUE is installed on your PC, then you'll have to look for a help guide or readme files because the official website lists the software on a page that's under constructions. The same goes for their support as well. I've looked on the web and on their website, and couldn't find anything.
Look in the installation folder or go to Help > Contents. If the software supports DICOM, then use the Search feature to look it up.
Additionally, get in touch with the developers to ask them about the configuration needed.
