How to set up TIEPIE HS5?

I'm having problems setting up the TIEPIE HS5 on my laptop. My laptop doesn't have the CD-ROM thing to install the driver. So I install via the website itself. I only install the driver for TIEPIE HS5. I want to run some example coding now, however, it always giving me a failed to load error.

Can anybody walk me through the set-up and how do I use it with Visual Studio 13?

Based on the information found on the official website, you need the driver and the software for this device. They can be acquired using the link below (manual included in the software package). However, for the Visual Studio integration, you need the development kit which is something else.
