Doesn't create the database in the SQL server.

Hi,
Thanks for your response!
I have already checked with all blogs related to DX-Fusion. And as per the blogs, I am not missing anything.
Also when I am running DX-Fusion Offline mode then It's completed successfully(Not getting any error).
So please help me on to create Database, because Database is not creating after completing DX-Fusion Process.
