Windows Security is somehow working with the Kaspersky application that you have installed on your PC. Windows Security will give you notifications only when something isn't configured properly.
This happened on my PC as well, but as soon as I installed and antivirus that has a Firewall built-in as well, Windows Security turned off its notifications informing me that everything is running normally.
