After installing TAIP Downloader, the Com Port section is empty. Any idea why is that ?

I have installed TAIP Downloader on my desktop, Windows 7 64bit, and after successful installation I can't see any port when I clicked the Com Port button. Any idea why is this happening and is there any fix for this?

There should always be an available port (COM1) on your computer. When you install the software, please run it as Run As Administrator option so the software could get access to the system's resources (in this case, a COM port).
