I have installed ENE CB 710/712/714/810. It is located on COM 6 but I need to move it

I need to move it to COM 1, 2, 3 or 4. How can I do so?

In cases like these, you only need to switch the cable to different port. Alternatively, you can use the Device Manager to change the communication port, but first you need to make sure the device is connected and installed properly.
