Try changing the DPI in the Display Settings and reboot the device. This should scale the windows and fonts in the Windows OS correctly. I did that on PC and Windows automatically changed the appearance allowing me to see everything in its nature form.
Since the OS isn't different, go to Start > Settings and type Display in the Search box.
