If you've already used the Font settings available on the Surface Pro, and the application didn't change the font size, then it's actually impossible to do it. Applications have their own fonts system, and it doesn't matter the options you use in your Windows or operating system because if the software doesn't support it, the font won't change, no matter the settings used.
