Unfortunately, the original website is no longer functioning, so there's no way for you to purchase the application. However, I noticed that there's another MultiQC tool on the web that does pretty much the same thing (creating automatic bioinfo reports and helping you find discrepancies) and that is free.
If you want to check it out, just visit its official website and look around. There are a lot of examples as well as guides to help you out and all the download packages can be accessed from there.
