Program won't run.

I downloaded Tofucam Destop Software.exe and tried to run it. I get an error: Unable to locate application file 'P2PCamWin.msi'. When I look that up I'm told to download: P2PCamWin+V1.0.7.4.rar, which I did. But there are no instructions as to what to do now. I've poked around and all I find are websites that want me to buy something but provide no information.

How do I get this program to load?

The application is working just fine. You have to extract the RAR and in the extracted folder, two files will be available: one EXE and one MSI file. You can double click any of them to start the installation.
