After installing, I click on the "Punch Home and Landscape Design Premium" program/icon but nothing pops up. In fact nothing actually happens. After a few more minutes I click it again and wait but nothing shows up on the screen.
Version 18 of this program is known to work on Windows Vista and higher. If you have something lower than v18, then it's possible you've encountered compatibility issues. Try applying a compatibility tweak on the main executable file. Right click the file then go to Properties > Compatibility. Select a prior version of Windows from the list (Windows) and run the software again.
