Do you know of software that prints vocal? And printed in a way that a human would do with no knowledge except of the letters but without knowledge of orthography?
Unfortunately, there is application that allows you to print phonetic speech so that someone understands it. All the translating apps attempt voice to text transcription, but the ones available are expensive and require a licence since in trial mode they're pretty limited.
