Can Paper Stream Capture use OCR to automatically update inventory to Quick Books? If so how?

The software can scan bardcodes and provide OCR recognition, but you will need an application/module for QuickBooks to enable this function.

These are the barcodes supported:

-Read 1D barcodes: UPC-A/EAN/JAN, Code 3 of 9, Code 128/EAN128, Codabar (NW7), ITF.

  • Departmental scanners and above support 2D barcodes*, PDF417, QR Code, and Data Matrix.
