When we connect the hardware lock (Pen drive type) to the system it gives the error "INSTALL CORRECT HARDWARE LOCK". We have installed the same software on the other system the error remains the same.

As far as I know with these applications, you just have to make sure that the hardware lock follows exactly the requirements released by its manufacturers or it won't work. I know that I encountered it with WinMentor application that also requires a hardware lock.

If it's possible, install the drivers and the software first and then attach the device. For Windows 10, disable the Driver Enforcement feature and attach the device afterward.

Follow this to disable the Driver Enforcement policy: Start > Settings > Update and Recovery > Recovery > Advanced Startup > Restart > Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Settings > Press key 7 > Restart.
