When CyberDNC Pro shows that message, then it means you lack the physical device that's attached to the serial or USB port and provides licensing. Basically, that devices gives you the right to use the software. Since the software lacks presence, the software won't work properly or some its modules will be disabled (you case as well).
Unfortunately, I couldn't find a working website from where you can buy the program.
