I am trying to import my videos of a digital video camera recorder to my PC with Showbiz DVD 2. The camera is connected and it is possible to record the sound of the video but there is no video displayed in the live screen. Could you please help me?
Sometimes live preview only works when there is no activity between the camera and PC, but if you still can't see the videos, then I recommend using a video player that has good playback features. One could be VLC Media Player since it has a vast support for audio and video files.
