According to info found on the official website, the software will work on Windows versions up to Windows 8. There is nothing mentioned about Windows 10 and the latest tests have been made for Windows 7 and Windows 8.
However, even if it were compatible, you wouldn't have the possibility to download the software because it's software bundled. This means it's delivered with a compatible device and it can't be downloaded to your PC.
