Have old version 2 of ShowBiz.

Question

I just got a new computer with Windows 10 and I can't get into my DVDs that I have made in the past. What should I do? I tried installing the version 2 and it won't work.

As far as I know, ArcSoft ShowBiz is an application that lacks an update for the Windows 10 operating system. I've seen other users who had this issue as well, and the only thing is to either run the program in compatibility mode to be able to load the content from your CDs or install an older version of Windows (one that's fully compatible with ShowBiz, for example, Windows XP is OK for that) and continue from there.

• You can install Windows XP through virtualization: http://virtualbox.informer.com/

• To apply compatibility mode, right click the application and go to Properties > Compatibility. Set the compatibility to Windows XP Service Pack 3 and that's it.
