Drivers for ArcSoft ShowBiz won't install.

Question

I purchased Gadget Geek Video to DVD Converter with Arcsoft Showbiz DVD 3.5. I am using Windows 8.1 but keep getting the following:

Arcsoft Showbiz TM Showbiz.exe entry point not found.

Those errors are usually caused by two things:

1. You don't have all the updates installed on your computer for Windows 8.1, therefore go to Start and type Windows Update and apply all the available updates.

2. The software is not compatible with Windows 8.1 which means you need to right click the executable file and choose Properties > Comptibility. Select a previous version of Windows from the drop down list and then run it again.

Additionally install the following packages:
