The software can still be downloaded from the download page at Software Informer, but I don't think it will work anymore given the fact that no website is available anymore. Because of that you can't get updates regarding the mechanism of calculation and other stuff related to lotto procedures.

If you have issues with it, right click the install package, go to Properties > Compatibility and choose Windows XP Service Pack 3.
