If the application is not working anymore, navigate to Start > Control panel > Uninstall a program, select the utility from the list and click Uninstall. Follow the on-screen instructions and reboot your computer after the process is complete. After that, run a registry cleaner from Software Informer database to make sure that there are no leftover registry keys in your system and reinstall the program. This should fix it.
