You have to contact the developers by yourself because there is no information only for the Crystal application you have mentioned. Most of the times you can cancel the subscription only through the website and through contact, but if that doesn't work for you, then simply ask your bank to block payments towards them, and then they will contact you to check if the subscription will be extender or not. It's the simplest and most convenient way of doing this.
