Subscription info for HP Quick Connect.

I have & paid for a Family Plan subscription which I pay for on a monthly basis. I have changed computer towers. Is my submission still valid? What do I need to do to get connected?

The HP Quick Connect doesn't appear to be a service available anymore and it's most likely replaced by the HP SmartFriend which does the same thing. However, to check the status of your subscriptions, simply follow the next instructions:

  • Call 1-866-211-5207, option 1, and then option 1 again for Technical Support. A representative will connect with you and then you can explain the inquiry and he should give you all the possible options.
