Based on the info found on the official website, the Playout application appears to be very powerful, therefore I don't think it's limited regarding the number of stream URLs. The computer or the system where it's installed should be powerful enough to process all those streams.
You can use HD and SD streaming URLs and it's recommended to have an Intel-based PC since it can render in a fast way the streaming.
I couldn't find anything about the EPG items.
