Start VLC , go to Media > Open Capture Device or press CTRL + C. Select TV (digital), then select the Tuner Card. Configure any other parameters related to Audio or Video, click the arrow of the Play button and select Stream. You will also have the possibility to stream to different protocols.
Once the Stream is selected, you will have the possibility to configure Source, Destination and other Options.
Destination will be the protocol you want to stream. If you are in the same network, it's more easier to use UDP than any other protocols and you can also use the maximum video quality because the LAN speed is very fast.
On the other computers, input the URL and PORT configured on VLC, then you can watch TV.
