Safari features iCloud integration, which means that if you activate this service all that is related to bookmarks, history, cookies, passwords, autofill data, settings will be saved online on a secure storage area. In case you did not activate this service I am afraid to inform you that you can't recover the history that you deleted. You might want to perform a recovery using the Time Machine feature embedded into the operating system (in case you use a Mac environment) but if you are on Windows then the history file is lost forever.
