Microsoft error message says my Windows 7 64bit computer is incompatible with Windows Media Player. Why? Is there Windows Media Player I can download?

Every version of Windows comes with the Windows Media Player installed. You can start it using a simple command: press Windows + R > wmplayer. This will automatically start the player.

If you have Windows 7 N, then download the following Media Pack offered by Microsoft: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=16546

someone could have told me that a long time ago and it would have been nice, but knowing it now is like getting a Christmas present! Thank you so much!
