I've found out that the Bible has been released only for the following versions of Windows: Windows NT, Mac, Linux, Unix, Windows 98, Windows 2000, Windows Me, Windows 95. As you can see, there hasn't been an updated for this list which means it won't work on Windows 10. Windows 10 refuses to launch installers that have been created for the versions above, so there's highly unlikely it will work.
I've searched on other websites as well and the result was the same: no update or new Windows versions.
