No, there is no updated version of Bible Library Suite compatible with Windows 10. Since there is no official website, I've used Google Search and the engine revealed that BLSuite is a very old application which dates back to when the Windows 95 was still famous.
You can still buy the old version, but that's pretty much about it. Only Amazon sells it through various sellers.
