The original version of the software was developed and released only for the following versions of Windows and Linux: Windows NT, Mac, Linux, Unix, Windows 98, Windows 2000, Windows Me, Windows 95.
As you can see Windows 10 doesn't exist in that list which means that compatibility is not working at this time.
There is another version called NIV Bible but compatibility is with Windows XP only. It might run on Windows 10, but I wouldn't bet it will.
