The SPay doesn't appear to be available. I've searched on various websites for this software, but I didn't find anything about it which means that you're probably trying to use a discontinued application or it's not available for public, therefore you should ask the help of the developers or support team to reset the password.
When you're trying to log-in, instead of entering the password or ID, click the Forgot password? link to initiate the recovery procedure, in case it supports it.
