There is no information about the password recovery methods for EasyCrypto. This means that you need to access the HELP menu of the program and use the contact details to get in touch with the developer. The problem is that this application doesn't appear to be used anymore which means that most likely you won't get a response. I am afraid this is the only way to obtain information about password retrieval.
