Quantity not rounded up.

Question

When I put in a quantity it is rounded off - how can I change that? For example, I need to input 35.90 and not have it rounded off to 36.

I've checked the brochures available for this product and was able to extract the following statement:

"Units can also be set up to round off to the nearest whole unit for easy stock management."
